  Too bad I can't put zero stars. Eating there for the past 5 years and the service has always been horrible. Pretty fed up after this last experience. Server got my order wrong and when the wrong order came out there was no apology or "I'll make sure you get a new one" until after she left and came back to ask how I wanted it, again. I didn't get my new plate until everyone at my table was done eating. And she made sure to change my receipt from the wrong order to the correct order which was a two dollar difference. If not apologize, at least let me pay for the cheaper one. I also never saw the manager either. I've never been impressed with the service or managers. I always go back hoping something changes but it hasn't.

  Applebees in Pocatello is the very best! Always yummy food and fun atmosphere. Jade is my favorite server! She is fantastic, I always request her when she is working!

  Great place to get some yummy food after skiing and soaking in a hot spring! The food was really good and the waitress was nice. But, while waiting for your food, DON'T PLAY the tablet games they have. It costs you money to play and it's not clearly displayed, nor no warning that it will when you click on it.
